Letter of the Committee for Veterinary Control and Surveillance of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan on lifting the temporary restriction on the importation to the territory of Kazakhstan of live poultry and hatching eggs, down and feathers, poultry meat and all poultry products, that have not undergone heat treatment (not less than 70°C, within 30 minutes), fodder and feed additives for birds, as well as used equipment for the maintenance, slaughter and cutting of birds (HS Codes: 01, 02, 84) from California, United States of America (Circular del Comité de Control y Vigilancia Veterinarios del Ministerio de Agricultura de la República de Kazajstán por la que se levanta la restricción temporal a la importación en el territorio de Kazajstán de aves de corral vivas y huevos para incubación, plumón y plumas, carne y todos los productos de aves de corral que no hayan sido sometidos a tratamiento térmico [al menos a 70°C, durante 30 minutos], y de piensos y aditivos para piensos avícolas, así como de los equipos de cría, sacrifico y despiece de aves que hayan sido utilizados [Códigos SA: 01, 02, 84] procedentes de California [Estados Unidos de América]).

Kazakhstan notified in G/SPS/N/KAZ/29 (15 February 2019) the Letter of the Committee for Veterinary Control and Surveillance of the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan on the introduction of temporary restriction on the importation to the territory of Kazakhstan of live poultry and hatching eggs, down and feathers, poultry meat and all poultry products, fodder and feed additives for birds, as well as used equipment for the maintenance, slaughter and cutting of birds from California, United States of America.


The notified measure was modified by the Letter of the Committee for Veterinary Control and Surveillance of the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan.
Le 15 février 2019, la République du Kazakhstan a notifié, dans le document G/SPS/N/KAZ/29, la Lettre du Comité de contrôle et de surveillance vétérinaires du Ministère de l'agriculture portant mise en place d'une restriction temporaire à l'importation sur le territoire du Kazakhstan de volailles vivantes et d'œufs à couver, de duvets et de plumes, de viande de volaille et de tous produits de volaille, d'aliments pour volailles et d'additifs de ces aliments et de matériel usagé utilisé pour le soin, l'abattage et la découpe de volailles en provenance de Californie (États-Unis d'Amérique).
La mesure notifiée a été modifiée par la Lettre du Comité de contrôle et de surveillance vétérinaires du Ministère de l'agriculture.
El Kazajstán notificó en el documento G/SPS/N/KAZ/29 (15 de febrero de 2019) la Circular del Comité de Control y Vigilancia Veterinarios del Ministerio de Agricultura de la República de Kazajstán por la que se establece una restricción temporal a la importación en el territorio de Kazajstán de aves de corral vivas y huevos para incubación, plumón y plumas, carne y todos los productos de aves de corral, y de piensos y aditivos para piensos avícolas, así como de los equipos de cría, sacrifico y despiece de aves que hayan sido utilizados procedentes de California (Estados Unidos de América).
La medida notificada se ha modificado en virtud de esta Circular del Comité de Control y Vigilancia Veterinarios del Ministerio de Agricultura de Kazajstán.
