This Order of the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Consumer Protection presents some protective measures against the outbreak of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (H7N3) in Canada , stopping the import and transit from the district of Regina in Saskatchewan Province (Canada) to the territory of the Republic of Albania of all kind of live fowl (wild and domestic fowl), day-old poultry, decorative poultry regardless of origin unless in the second order of the Ministry, eggs for hatching and for human consumption, semen of live fowl (wild and domestic fowl), meat of wild and domestic fowl and poultry products destined for poultry feed or for industrial and agricultural uses. It stops the import of pathological materials and biological products of poultry that are not treated with thermal processes.
Le texte notifié prévoit des mesures de protection contre le foyer d'influenza aviaire hautement pathogène (H7N3) apparu au Canada, par l'arrêt de l'importation et du transit sur le territoire de la République d'Albanie, depuis le district de Regina, Province de la Saskatchewan (Canada), de tous types d'oiseaux (sauvages ou domestiques) vivants, des volailles d'un jour, des volailles d'ornement de toute origine autres que celles visées par le deuxième décret du Ministre, des oeufs à couver ou destinés à la consommation humaine, du sperme d'oiseaux (sauvages ou domestiques) vivants, de la viande d'oiseaux sauvages ou domestiques et des produits de volaille destinés à l'alimentation des volailles ou à un usage industriel ou agricole. Il est aussi prescrit l'arrêt de l'importation de matériel pathologique et de produits biologiques issus de volailles n'ayant pas fait l'objet d'un traitement thermique
La Orden notificada del Ministerio de Agricultura, Alimentación y Protección del Consumidor incluye medidas de protección contra el brote de influenza aviar altamente patógena (H7N3) detectado en el Canadá, por las que se prohíbe la importación y tránsito de toda clase de aves vivas (domésticas y salvajes) procedentes del distrito de Regina, provincia de Saskatchewan, así como de aves de corral de un día, aves de corral ornamentales independientemente de su origen a menos que estén abarcadas en la segunda Orden del Ministerio, huevos para incubar y para el consumo humano, semen de aves vivas (domésticas y salvajes), carne de aves salvajes y domésticas y productos de aves de corral destinados a piensos o al uso industrial y agrícola en el territorio de la República de Albania. Se prohíbe la importación de materiales patológicos y productos biológicos de aves de corral que no hayan recibido un tratamiento térmico.
