Extracts from SPS Committee meeting summary reports

Switzerland expressed concern that it had been affected by restrictions on imports of European goods in response to the dioxin crisis in Belgium. Some Members had not targeted their measures only to affected areas. Switzerland reported that a solution had been found with Malaysia, and that the last few problems with Singapore would be resolved soon.
