This Uganda Standard specifies requirements, sampling and test methods for fruits chips and crisps prepared by either deep frying or baking offered for direct consumption or for further processing, including for catering purposes or for repackaging if required. It does not apply to dried fruits or crisps which have been produced by drying processes for which other standards apply.
La norme ougandaise notifiée spécifie les exigences et les méthodes d'échantillonnage et d'essai applicables aux croustilles de fruits cuites en grande friture ou au four et destinées à la consommation directe ou à une transformation ultérieure, y compris aux fins de restauration ou de reconditionnement, si besoin est. Le texte ne s'applique pas aux fruits séchés ou aux croustilles qui sont produits par séchage, auxquels d'autres normes s'appliquent.
En la Norma de Uganda notificada se especifican los requisitos y los métodos de muestreo y de prueba aplicables a las hojuelas de frutas elaboradas mediante fritura por inmersión u horneado que se distribuyan para su consumo directo o para elaboración ulterior, incluidos los usos de restauración o reenvasado, si es necesario. No es aplicable a las frutas secas u hojuelas resultantes de procesos de secado sujetos a otras normas.
