This Draft Uganda Standard specifies requirements, sampling and test methods for dried fruits offered for direct consumption, or intended to be mixed with other products for direct consumption without further processing, including for catering purposes or for repackaging, if required. It does not apply to dried fruits that are processed by frying, roasting or intended for further/industrial processing. This standard does not apply to vegetables and herbs for which specific standards have been declared.
Le projet de norme ougandaise notifié spécifie les exigences et les méthodes d'échantillonnage et d'essai applicables aux fruits séchés proposés à la consommation directe ou destinés à être mélangés à d'autres produits pour la consommation directe sans autre transformation, y compris aux fins de restauration ou de reconditionnement, si besoin est. Le texte ne s'applique pas aux fruits séchés transformés par friture ou grillage ou destinés à une transformation industrielle ultérieure. Ce projet de norme ne s'applique pas aux légumes et herbes aromatiques pour lesquels des normes spécifiques ont été prévues.
En el Proyecto de Norma de Uganda notificado se especifican los requisitos y los métodos de muestreo y de prueba aplicables a las frutas secas que se distribuyan para su consumo directo o que estén destinadas a la mezcla con otros productos para su consumo directo sin elaboración ulterior, incluidos los usos de restauración o reenvasado, si es necesario. No es aplicable a las frutas secas fritas, tostadas o destinadas a una elaboración ulterior o a fines industriales. La Norma notificada no es aplicable a las hortalizas ni a las hierbas para las que existen normas específicas.
