The National Plant Protection Organization of South Africa (NPPOZA), has had to review the use of security features on phytosanitary certificates. Due to the current situation with the COVID-19 pandemic, with the increasing cases there is a need to reduce contact in order to ensure continued certification services.
The NPPOZA will be temporarily issuing phytosanitary certificates printed on normal A4 paper which will have the following features:
1. QR code
2. 2X barcodes
3. Coat of arms in colour
All the information that will be on the phytosanitary certificate will be generated from the eCertification system.
Trading partners are to note that South Africa will have 2 types of certificate paper in the international trade:
1. The original paper with security features, and
2. normal A4 paper with QR and bar codes),this arrangement will be in place until further notice.
L'Organisation nationale de la protection des végétaux d'Afrique du Sud (NPPOZA) a dû réviser l'utilisation de dispositifs de sécurité pour les certificats phytosanitaires. En raison de la situation actuelle liée à la pandémie de la COVID-19 et à l'augmentation des cas, il est nécessaire de réduire les contacts afin de continuer à garantir des services de certification. La NPPOZA émettra temporairement des certificats phytosanitaires imprimés sur du papier A4 normal, sur lesquels figureront les informations suivantes: 1. code QR 2. 2 codes-barres 3. armoiries en couleur Toutes les informations figurant sur le certificat phytosanitaire auront été produites par le système d'eCertification. Les partenaires commerciaux noteront que les certificats émis par l'Afrique du Sud seront présents sous 2 formes: 1. version papier originale avec dispositifs de sécurité, et 2. papier A4 normal avec code QR et codes-barres. Cette mesure sera en vigueur jusqu'à nouvel ordre.
La Organización Nacional de Protección Fitosanitaria de Sudáfrica (NPPOZA) ha debido examinar los elementos de seguridad de los certificados fitosanitarios. Debido a la pandemia de COVID-19 y el reciente aumento de casos, es necesario reducir el contacto para seguir prestando los servicios de certificación. De manera provisional, la NPPOZA emitirá certificados fitosanitarios impresos en papel A4 normal con los siguientes elementos: 1. código QR; 2. dos códigos de barra; 3. emblema a color. Toda la información contenida en el certificado fitosanitario se generará desde el sistema de certificación electrónica. Los interlocutores comerciales observarán que los certificados de Sudáfrica vendrán en dos tipos de papel: el papel original con los elementos de seguridad y el papel A4 normal con el código QR y los códigos de barra. La medida estará en vigor hasta próximo aviso.
