6. Description of content

DAFF is making amendments on the regulations regarding stock remedies. The proposed regulations describe categories under which stock remedies are authorised for marketing purposes. Furthermore, the proposed regulations introduce control measures on extra label use of stock remedies. The regulations are published as part of the ongoing review of use and marketing of stock medicines conducted by DAFF.
Le DAFF apporte des modifications au règlement relatif aux produits zoosanitaires. Le règlement proposé décrit des catégories pour lesquelles les produits zoosanitaires sont autorisés à des fins commerciales. En outre, il introduit des mesures de contrôle concernant les indications additionnelles relatives à l'utilisation de produits zoosanitaires. Ce règlement est publié dans le cadre du réexamen de l'utilisation et de la commercialisation des produits zoosanitaires réalisé par le DAFF.
El Ministerio de Agricultura, Silvicultura y Pesca (DAFF) modifica el Reglamento sobre Sustancias de Uso Veterinario. En la propuesta de Reglamento se especifican las categorías respecto de las que se autoriza la comercialización de sustancias de uso veterinario. Además, se establecen medidas de control relativas al uso no indicado en la etiqueta. El Reglamento notificado se publica en el marco del examen en curso de la utilización y la comercialización de sustancias de uso veterinario, realizado por el DAFF.
