This Compulsory Specification requires that canned meat products, for human consumption, which are to be offered for sale, comply with this Compulsory Specification and the requirements of the latest edition of the South African National Standard (SANS) 1675 that apply to the manufacture, production, processing, and treatment of the products covered by this specification. The hygiene requirements for the product, as well as chemical and microbiological contaminant requirements for the product, and the requirements for employees at the packing facility, shall comply with the requirements of the latest edition of SANS 1675.
La spécification obligatoire notifiée dispose que les produits de viande en conserve destinés à la consommation humaine et à la vente devront être conformes à ses prescriptions et à celles énoncées dans la dernière édition de la Norme nationale sud-africaine (SANS) 1675 applicable à la fabrication, à la production, à la transformation et au traitement des produits couverts par cette spécification. Les prescriptions en matière d'hygiène et en matière de contamination chimique et microbiologique applicables au produit ainsi que les prescriptions applicables au personnel des établissement d'emballage devront être conformes à celles énoncées dans la dernière édition de la Norme SANS 1675.
En las especificaciones obligatorias notificadas se exige que los productos cárnicos enlatados destinados a la venta para consumo humano cumplan las especificaciones obligatorias y los requisitos presentes en la última edición de la Norma Nacional de Sudáfrica (SANS) 1675, aplicable a la fabricación, producción, elaboración y tratamiento de los productos abarcados por dichas especificaciones. Los requisitos en materia de higiene y en materia de contaminación química y microbiológica aplicables a los productos, así como los requisitos aplicables al personal de los establecimientos de envasado, deben cumplir los requisitos previstos en la última edición de la Norma SANS 1675.
