Under the Food Business Regulation (Chapter 132X), save with the written permission of the Director of Food and Environmental Hygiene, no person shall sell any restricted foods, including shell fish. The hairy crab is a kind of shell fish. In this connection, written permission must be obtained from the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department for the sale of hairy crabs. The Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has prepared a new permit for operators selling hairy crabs to apply. The permit requires, inter alia, that hairy crabs for sale must be obtained from lawful sources accompanied with health certificates acceptable to the Director of Food and Environmental Hygiene.

Conformément au Règlement relatif aux entreprises du secteur alimentaire (chapitre 132X), une personne ne peut vendre des aliments soumis à restrictions, y compris les crustacés, que si elle a obtenu une autorisation écrite du Directeur de l'alimentation et de l'hygiène environnementale. Les crabes poilus sont des crustacés. Par conséquent, le vente de ces produits est subordonnée à l'obtention d'une autorisation écrite du Département de l'alimentation et de l'hygiène environnementale. Celui-ci a élaboré un nouveau permis pour la vente de crabes poilus. Ce permis exige, entre autres, que les crabes poilus soient issus de sources légales et qu'ils soient accompagnés d'un certificat sanitaire reconnu par le Directeur de l'alimentation et de l'hygiène environnementale.
el Reglamento del sector alimentario prevé, en el capítulo 132X, prohíbe la venta de productos alimenticios restringidos, incluidos los mariscos, sin autorización escrita del Director del Departamento de Higiene Alimentaria y Ambiental. El cangrejo peludo es uno de los mariscos considerados. Por tanto, es necesario obtener una autorización escrita del Departamento de Higiene Alimentaria y Ambiental para comercializar el cangrejo peludo. El Departamento de Higiene Alimentaria y Ambiental ha previsto un nuevo permiso para las personas que venden estos productos. Entre otras condiciones, se exige que los cangrejos sean de fuentes lícitas y se acompañen de un certificado sanitario reconocido por el Director del Departamento de Higiene Alimentaria y Ambiental.
