The Agency proposes to establish permanent tolerances for residues of the insecticide (1 - [(6-chloro-3-pyridiny) methyl] -N-nitro-2-imidazolidinimine) (also known as imidacloprid) and its metabolites in or on cottonseed and cotton gin by-products, to revoke the existing feed additive tolerance for imidacloprid on cotton meal and to establish a maximum residue limit for imidacloprid on cottonseed meal.
