6. Description of content

This Order of the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Consumer Protection is to keep permitting importation of live animals, cattle and day-old poultry to the Albanian territory through the border crossing point of Bllata, for another period of six months from the entry into force of this Order.
Le décret notifié vise à continuer de permettre, pour une nouvelle période de six mois à compter de son entrée en vigueur, l'importation sur le territoire albanais d'animaux, de bovins et de volailles d'un jour vivants par le point de passage frontalier de Bllata
La Orden del Ministerio de Agricultura, Alimentación y Protección del Consumidor notificada establece que, por un nuevo período de seis meses contados a partir de la entrada en vigor de la disposición, se mantenga la autorización de importar en Albania animales vivos, ganado bovino y aves de un día por el puesto fronterizo de Bllata.

7. Objective and rationale






The objective is to provide veterinary inspection for imported live animals, cattle and day-old poultry at the border crossing point of Bllata, assigning to General Directorate of Safety Food and Consumer Protection to implement this Order.
- L'objectif est d'assurer le contrôle vétérinaire des animaux, des bovins et des volailles d'un jour vivants importés au point de passage frontalier de Bllata, la mise en oeuvre du décret étant confiée à la Direction générale de la sécurité sanitaire des produits alimentaires et de la protection des consommateurs (General Directorate of Safety Food and Consumer Protection)
El objetivo es realizar la inspección veterinaria de los animales vivos, el ganado bovino y las aves de un día importados en el puesto fronterizo de Bllata; la aplicación de la Orden se asigna a la Dirección general de inocuidad de los alimentos y de protección del consumidor.
