Text of the Addendum

Chile hereby advises that the Resolution "establishing health requirements governing the importation into Chile of small ruminants destined for slaughter, and repealing Resolution No. 1.446 of 1995", the draft version of which was notified through the World Trade Organization on 28 April 2020 in document G/SPS/N/CHL/632, entered into force on 18 August 2020.

Le Chili annonce que le projet de décision portant établissement des exigences sanitaires régissant l'admission au Chili de petits ruminants destinés à l'abattage et abrogation de la Décision n° 1.446 de 1995, notifié le 28 avril 2020 par l'intermédiaire de l'Organisation mondiale du commerce au moyen du document G/SPS/N/CHL/632, est entré en vigueur le 18 août 2020.

Chile comunica que, el proyecto de resolución que "Fija las exigencias sanitarias para la internación a Chile de pequeños rumiantes con destino a faena y deroga la resolución No. 1.446 DE 1995" notificado el 28 de abril de 2020 a través de la Organización Mundial del Comercio mediante la signatura G/SPS/N/CHL/632, entró en vigor el 18 de agosto de 2020.
