Décision n° 057-2020-AP-SFE, addendum à la Décision 033-3019-ARP-SFE- Établissement des prescriptions phytosanitaires relatives à l'importation de plants destinés à la plantation de toutes les espèces hôtes déclarées de Candidatus Liberibacter solanacearum des haplotypes C, D et E

Resolución No. 057-2020-ARP-SFE adenda a Resolución 033-2019-ARP-SFE Establece requisitos fitosanitarios para la importación de plantas para plantar, de todas las especies hospedantes reportadas de Candidatus Liberibacter solanacearum haplotipos C, D y E.

Costa Rica hereby advises that it has amended Resolution No. 033-2019-ARP-SFE establishing phytosanitary requirements for the importation of plants for planting of all reported host species of Candidatus Liberibacter solanacearum haplotypes C, D and E, by removing paragraph 1 of the "Por tanto" section.
This amendment has been made in order to eliminate the phytosanitary requirements applicable to seeds of plants of the Apiaceae family, as recent scientific information shows that transmission of the pest Candidatus Liberibacter solanacearum through seeds is negligible.

Le Costa Rica annonce qu'il modifie la Décision (Resolución) 033-2019-ARP-SFE établissant des prescriptions phytosanitaires relatives à l'importation de plants destinés à la plantation de toutes les espèces hôtes déclarées de Candidatus Liberibacter solanacearum des haplotypes C, D et E, et supprime l'alinéa 1 du dispositif de la Décision.
Cette modification a pour but de supprimer les prescriptions phytosanitaires applicables aux graines des plantes de la famille des Apiacées, sur la base des récents renseignements scientifiques démontrant que la transmission du parasite Candidatus Liberibacter solanacearum par les graines est négligeable.

Costa Rica comunica que modifica la Resolución 033-2019-ARP-SFE Establece requisitos fitosanitarios para la importación de plantas para plantar, de todas las especies hospedantes reportadas de Candidatus Liberibacter solanacearum haplotipos C, D y E, eliminándose el inciso 1 del "Por Tanto".

Esta modificación se realiza con el fin de eliminar los requisitos fitosanitarios aplicables a semillas de plantas de la familia Apiaceae, debido a la reciente información científica disponible, que demuestra que la transmisión de la plaga Candidatus Liberibacter solanacearum por semilla es insignificante.
