The Ordinance on phytosanitary products (RS 916.161, OPPh) was notified in document G/SPS/N/CHE/82 of 19 December 2019. The OPPh establishes conditions for the placing on the market of phytosanitary products. Annex 1 to the OPPh contains a list of active substances that may be used as phytosanitary products in Switzerland. A new substance is included in this Annex if, once the application accompanying the request has been examined, it meets the conditions established in Article 5. Articles 9 and 10 of the OPPh provide for the possibility of re-assessing whether a substance still meets the conditions for inclusion. The substances subject to such an assessment are included in Annex 10.

L'ordonnance sur les produits phytosanitaires (RS 916.161; OPPh) a été notifiée dans le document G/SPS/N/CHE/82 (le 19 décembre 2019). L'OPPh fixe les conditions pour la mise en circulation des produits phytosanitaires. L'annexe 1 de l'OPPh contient la liste des substances actives qui peuvent être utilisées comme produits phytosanitaires en Suisse. Une nouvelle substance est inscrite dans cette annexe si, après examen du dossier accompagnant la demande, les conditions fixées à l'art. 5 sont remplies. Les art. 9 et 10 de l'OPPh permettent de réévaluer si les conditions d'inscription d'une substance sont toujours remplies. Les substances qui doivent faire l'objet d'une telle réévaluation sont inscrites dans l'annexe 10.
La Ordenanza sobre Productos Fitosanitarios (RS 916.161; OPPh) se notificó en el documento G/SPS/N/CHE/82 (el 19 de diciembre de 2019). En la OPPh se fijan las condiciones para la comercialización de los productos fitosanitarios. El anexo 1 de la OPPh contiene la lista de las sustancias activas que se pueden utilizar como productos fitosanitarios en Suiza. Para inscribir una nueva sustancia en este anexo, se deberá examinar el expediente que acompaña la solicitud y comprobar que se cumplen las condiciones previstas en el artículo 5. Los artículos 9 y 10 de la OPPh permiten reevaluar si se siguen cumpliendo las condiciones de inscripción de una sustancia. En el anexo 10 figuran las sustancias que deben someterse a dicha reevaluación.
