Resolution No. 021-2020-ARP-SFE establishing phytosanitary requirements for the importation of regulated Raoiella indica Hirst 1924 articles
Décision n° 021-2020-ARP-SFE établissant les exigences phytosanitaires régissant l'importation d'articles réglementés de Raoiella indica Hirst (1924).

Resolución No. 021-2020-ARP-SFE Establece requisitos fitosanitarios para la importación de artículos reglamentados de Raoiella indica Hirst (1924).

Costa Rica hereby advises that the phytosanitary measures notified in document G/SPS/N/CRI/223 have been adopted pursuant to Resolution No. 021-2020-ARP-SFE. The draft Resolution was circulated on 14 January 2020. The date of entry into force will be six months from the date of publication of the final Resolution.

Le Costa Rica annonce l'adoption des mesures phytosanitaires notifiées dans le document G/SPS/N/CRI/223, en vertu de la Décision n° 021-2020-ARP-SFE. Le projet de décision a été distribué le 14 janvier 2020 et les mesures entreront en vigueur six mois après la date de publication de la Décision finale.

Costa Rica comunica la adopción de las medidas fitosanitarias notificadas en G/SPS/N/CRI/223, mediante la Resolución No. 021-2020-ARP-SFE. La distribución del Proyecto de Resolución se realizó el 14 de enero de 2020 y la entrada en vigor será seis meses a partir de la fecha de publicación de la Resolución definitiva.
