6. Description of content

This letter introduces a temporary restriction on imports of products mentioned in point 3 from four Belgium provinces - West-Vlaanderen, Antwerpen, Liège and Namur, to the territory of the Russian Federation due to the registration of blutongue disease outbreaks.
La lettre notifiée met en place une restriction temporaire visant les importations sur le territoire de la Fédération de Russie des produits mentionnés au point 3 en provenance de quatre provinces de Belgique (Flandre-Occidentale, Anvers, Liège et Namur) en raison de l'apparition de foyers de fièvre catarrhale du mouton.
Se restringe temporalmente la importación en el territorio de la Federación de Rusia de los productos mencionados en el punto 3 procedentes de cuatro provincias belgas (Flandes Occidental, Amberes, Lieja y Namur), debido a la detección de brotes de la enfermedad de la lengua azul.

8. Nature of urgent problem

This measure is introduced to prevent spread of bluetongue in the territory of the Russian Federation.
La mesure notifiée est prise dans le but de prévenir la propagation de la fièvre catarrhale du mouton sur le territoire de la Fédération de Russie.
Se adopta esta medida para impedir la propagación de la enfermedad de la lengua azul en el territorio de la Federación de Rusia.
