This Order of the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Water Management provide some protective measures against the outbreak of foot and mouth disease from the region of Khvod in Mongolia and the region of El Bayadh in Algeria. Stopping the import of all live animals (domestic and wild) like cattle, pigs, sheep and goats, from the region of Khvod in Mongolia and the region of El Bayadh in Algeria into the Albanian territory; stopping the import of meat and products of the above-mentioned animals and milk from the region of Khvod in Mongolia and from the region of El Bayadh in Algeria into the Albanian territory. The veterinary certificate should guarantee their origin. The measures also consist in stopping the import of animal feeding products that contain products from animal origin; stopping the import of unsterile biological materials from the region of Khvod in Mongolia and the region of El Bayadh in Algeria into the Albanian territory.
Le décret notifié du Ministre de l'agriculture, du développement rural et de la gestion de l'eau instaure des mesures de protection contre le foyer de fièvre aphteuse apparu dans les régions de Khovd (Mongolie) et d'El Bayadh (Algérie). Il prescrit l'arrêt de l'importation sur le territoire albanais, depuis le territoire des régions de Khovd (Mongolie) et d'El Bayadh (Algérie), de tous les animaux (domestiques et sauvages) vivants tels que les bovins, les porcins, les ovins et les caprins, ainsi que de la viande, des produits de ces animaux et du lait. Le certificat vétérinaire devrait garantir l'origine. Les mesures notifiées consistent aussi dans l'arrêt de l'importation sur le territoire albanais, depuis le territoire des régions de Khovd (Mongolie) et d'El Bayadh (Algérie), d'aliments pour animaux contenant des produits d'origine animale, ainsi que de matériels biologiques non stériles.
La Orden del Ministerio de Agricultura, Desarrollo Rural y Recursos Hídricos notificada establece medidas de protección contra el brote de fiebre aftosa detectado en las regiones de Khvod (Mongolia) y El Bayadh (Argelia). Se prohíbe la importación en el territorio de Albania de animales vivos (domésticos y salvajes), incluidos los bovinos, porcinos, ovinos y caprinos provenientes de las regiones de Khvod (Mongolia) y El Bayadh (Argelia). También se prohíbe la importación en el territorio de Albania de carne y productos cárnicos y de leche de las especies mencionadas provenientes de las regiones de Khvod (Mongolia) y El Bayadh (Argelia). El origen de los productos se garantizará mediante un certificado veterinario. Asimismo, se prohibirá la importación en el territorio de Albania de piensos que contengan productos de origen animal y la importación de materiales biológicos no estériles procedentes de las regiones de Khvod (Mongolia) y El Bayadh (Argelia).
